HekoPower Group is the reliable choice.
Our partner Cummins, a global power solutions leader, comprises five business segments – Components, Engine, Distribution, Power Systems and Accelera by Cummins – supported by Cummins global manufacturing and extensive service and support network, skilled workforce and vast technological expertise. In 1981, Chongqing Engine Plant started to license-produce Cummins engines, and in 1995, it jointly established a Chinese joint venture engine factory with Cummins.
The Cummins QSNT-G is a 6-cylinder engine with a 14L displacement and a bore and stroke of 140mm and 152mm, respectively. It provides a rated output of 358 kW (480 HP) with a standby output of 392 kW (525 HP) at 1500 rpm. The generator has a fuel consumption of 70.5 kg/h at rated power and operates at a low idle speed of 700-800 rpm. The vehicle is equipped with a turbocharged, charge air-cooled system, boasting a compression ratio of 16.3:1 and a 24V electrical system. The engine is water-cooled, and the lowest starting temperature without auxiliary support is -12°C. Additionally, an optional wet exhaust manifold heat exchanger is available. The net weight of the vehicle is 1460 kg.

High pressure fuel pump, Modular Common Rail fuel System (MCRS)
and state of the art integrated electronic control system provide superior performance, efficiency and diagnostics. The electronic fuel pumps deliver up to 1600 bar injection pressure and eliminate mechanical linkage adjustments. The new MCRS utilizes an electric priming pump which is integrated with the off-engine stage-1 fuel filter head and is controlled and powered by the engine ECM. The stage-2 fuel filters are mounted on-engine.
CTT (Cummins Turbo Technologies) HX83 turbo-charging
utilizes exhaust energy with greater efficiency for improved emissions and fuel consumption.
Charge Air Cooling
QSK19 engine requires the use of an Air-to-Air heat exchanger or Charge-Air-Cooler (CAC) to reduce intake manifold temperature and to meet the lower emissions requirements.
Ferrous Cast Ductile Iron (FCD) Pistons
High strength design delivers superior durability.
G-Drive Integrated Design
Each component has been specifically developed and rigorously tested for G-Drive products, ensuring high performance, durability and reliability.
