The Cummins M11-C335 is a 10.8-litre, 6-cylinder in-line turbocharged diesel engine, delivering 335 HP (246 kW) at 1,800 RPM and a peak torque of 1,458 Nm at 1,300 RPM. Its wide-ranging applications in construction, agriculture, mining and other sectors, including the powering of equipment such as Dongfeng trucks, excavators and cranes, further underscore its versatility. The engine has a fuel consumption of 64.4 L/hr at rated power, an idle speed of 675-750 RPM, and can operate at altitudes up to 3,048 metres. The engine features a compression ratio of 16.1:1 and a direct injection fuel system, and is water-cooled to ensure efficient performance.
