The Cummins ISLe 290-30 is a 6-cylinder inline diesel engine with a displacement of 8.9L, designed for heavy-duty applications such as Dongfeng trucks, buses, vans, and commercial vehicles. It delivers 290 hp (213 kW) at a rated speed of 2100 rpm and produces a maximum torque of 1050 N.m between 1100-1900 rpm. The product's fuel consumption rate of 210 g/kW.h demonstrates its efficiency, while its maximum continuous running altitude of 4500 m is a testament to its performance capabilities. The engine is equipped with advanced features such as turbocharging with charge air cooling, a Bosch common rail fuel system, and a 16.6:1 compression ratio, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The vehicle is certified to Euro III standards, equipped with a 24V electrical starting system, and features a water-cooled system with an 11.1 L coolant volume.
